Our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless astralisium, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

Termination

• You fail to make required payments
• Your use of our services poses security or legal risks
• We are required to do so by law or regulation

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately, but provisions regarding intellectual property, liability, and dispute resolution shall survive.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labour disputes, or government actions.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Luxembourg, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and astralisium regarding the use of our website and services, superseding all prior agreements and understandings.
